FIRSTLY, I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST SO I WAS VERY SU****IOUS OF THIS CALL.I ANSWERED AND PRESSED 1 TO BE CONNECTED TO AN OPERATOR TO DISCUSS MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. THEN, THIS GUY GOT ON THE LINE WITH AN ACCENT AND WANTED ME TO GIVE HIM ALL OF MY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND EXPIRATION DATES SO THAT HE COULD VERIFY MY ACCOUNTS AND LOWER ALL OF THE APR % RATES ON ALL OF THE CARDS...WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM, HE GOT RUDE AND TRIED TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE HE WAS TRYING TO HELP ME AND THAT I WAS MAKING IT DIFFICULT. WHEN I ASKED HIM HOW HE WAS ABLE TO ACCESS MY MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS FROM MULTIPLE COMPANIES, HE SAID THAT HIS COMPUTER SYSTEM ALLOWED HIM EASILY BECAUSE HE WAS FROM VISA AND MASTERCARD. THIS SOUNDS SCARY AND NOW I WONDER HOW I GOT ON HIS LIST. I TOLD HIM I HAVE NO CREDIT CARDS AND WONDERED HOW HIS 'COMPUTER' TOLD HIM THAT I DO. HE SAID THAT SINCE I HAVE NO CARDS, HE DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING FURTHER TO OFFER ME AND THEN HE ***G UP.REPORT THIS NUMBER!!!

The number is a scam, dial *57 to trace immediately after receiving one of these calls. I've been told it's helpful if you keep them on the line and "play with them" a bit, but do not give out your information, or confirm any information that they give you. The "companies" are s****ing caller ID's, so *57 is the only way to get a good trace. You must get a minimum of 3 traces on any of these scam numbers, then you can s**** calling your phone provider and law enforcement to report it and take action. Take these **** heads down. In PA you can call 412 388 5300. That's the number for the Credit Card Task Force in PA. It was a real PIA to get that number, I got the run around for about an hour trying to find the correct state agency to handle my complaint. No wonder these people are hard to catch....so if you're getting these calls please do everyone a favor by taking a few hours of your day to help stop these crimes, fraud effects everyone.

These ******s call all the time... The little message "press 2 to not get these calls in the future" and a representative still answers.. Shes like yea can I help you... you want lower your payments.. you want..... I said yea I pressed 2 so that you wouldn't be calling me any more and she ***g up immediately, and I got 4 more calls within an hours time...I don't know who these people are.. but they sure as***** sound like telephoning thieves. These are the kind of people I wish I could reach my hands through the phone and punch them in the eye a few times. They called repeatedly in the past as well. These people just don't stop.In the internet world we can block traffic by IP ****e to entire portions of our networks.. why cant we do this with s****ed calls originating from X country? Seems to me like if we can do it with the internet we can do it with the phone system. Phones use routers to!

I too just received yet another call from (425) 645-9767 after I told them last week to stop calling. The dude s****ed to give me some spiel, but I told him to stop and not waste his time because I don't discuss my personal finances over the phone unless I initiate the call. He said "oh, yes mam, that's smart in this age of people stealing your personal info." I told him to put my number on a do not call list, but evidentally they don't give up easily because they called a***n an hour ago.I did a call trace on the number and filled out a complaint form on the do not call National registry site. The area code they're using is in Washington State. If they call a***n, I'm going to **** a boat horn into the telephone receiver. Maybe they'll get the message after their eardrums are ****n out of their heads...

CID reports UNKNOWN Caller, but # displays. Same Credit Card Scam that originated from Ca***a 1 year ago now appears to be originating in Everett, Washington, US but could be s****ed #. When Verizon contacted about the call and questioned about the number they admitted they do not have capability to track s****ed callers (s****ers smarter than all of Verizon's best techs, sad) and there is no way other than spending more money with them to add call blocking *which SHOULD be a free service since they can't even manager their own service or maybe THEY are the *****er trying to generate more sales like the old days Mafia shaking down business owners in Boston! Grrrr Contact WWW.FTC.GOV and file a complaint and maintain the call log. Enough complaints will stop them just as they did when these calls were originating in Ca***a 1 year ago!

Recorded message saying this was an urgent call about "my credit card account" and that there was a possibility to lower my APR to 6.9%. Press "1" to speak to a representative. So I did, and a woman with a thick accent picked up:- she claimed to represent ALL ins***utions that issue visa and mastercard credit cards- she asked me if I "still owe" $3500 on any account- she would not properly identify the organization she was calling from- she would not tell me if this is in reference to any specific CC account- she got indignant when I told her it was none of her business how much I owed anyone- she got increasingly rude when I refused to reveal any information- she ***g up when I asked her to remove my number from their call list

I just called 2 times from and unknown phone, and I too got a man with an accent. He wanted to know what phone number their (PMT) message was left on, and I gave him the wrong number. He got very upset with me and ***g up. So I called back a***n, and talked to "Theresa". She also wanted to know what phone number they left a message on. I told her that I was not going to give her any information. She then offered to put my number on their "no contact list". Why now, would they want to put me on their "no contact list" when supposedly, I "owe them money" for the Municiple Court system? I told her that I was recording her, and reporting this number for fraudulant purposes. She ***g up. Please investigate!!!!

I got a call today from this number. I always screen my calls and NEVER answer any number I do not recognize. So, I let this go to my answering ma****e. Of course there was never a message left and no sign of a human being on the other end. I recently went through a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and 100% of all my debt was discharged. So, I know they could not be calling me about an outstanding debt. Fortunatly I have a phone that allows me to add numbers to my blocked callers list. This is just one more that is now added.

Jennifer from "Account Services" recording. Pressed 1 and the woman said she would like to lower my interest rates. I do not have any credit cards or debt so knew it was a scam. I told her I knew she needed a job and could sympathize -- but getting people to give out their credit card numbers is a very very bad thing to do, and she would be doing much better for herself and other people if she didn't steal credit cards for a living. Then I ***g up. Why does the govt not go after these people?
(425) 645-9767 - May 15th, 2010 4:00am
Got a call at 2:42 PM central time today(5/15/10). It was a message read out by a ma****e promising to reduce the credit card rate to 6.9%. Then it said press 1 to speak to someone and 2 for remove the number. I press 2, but it still went to an operator. Before I could complete saying I pressed 2 to be removed, she ****s up the call. When I call back the #, there's an automated message asking me to press 1 to be removed.BTW, I am on the do not call list, but they don't seem to care.

This number just called and Heather, an automated voice gave an option to either talk to a rep or get removed. I chose get removed and it sent me to a rep anyway and when I said I wanted to be taken off they ***g up. I called back and an automated voice came on a***n and said press 1 if you'd like to be removed and it said it would take 72 hours and said thank you after I pressed 1 so hopefully it worked.

These People are relentless, they called and my 10 year old son answered and they harassed him for about 5 minutes until he s****ed yelling I dont know what your talking about! at the "rep" I took the phone and told them if they ever call a***n I will find the IP of the computers they are using, trace them, DDOS them, and **** them off the face of the earth. I haven't gotten a call back yet :)
(425) 645-9767 - May 19th, 2010 4:00am
this is a scam. I got the same call as all of you from the same number. I was asking her to identify my credit card number and she wasn't able too. I told her to which person of household does this credit card belong to she wasn't able to identify. she came up with an amount of $3500 that my dad supposedly own to some credit card company. BS. its a scam and don't fall for it.

Also received a call this A.M. from 4256459767. Have received similar calls over the years and have "played" their game. Asked the "accented voice" which credit card was she calling me about. She couldn't tell me other than VISA and MasterCard. When I told her I didn't have any credit cards, so how did she get my name, she ***g up.

Got a call from this number. When I connected to a live person, I told he that I do not have ANY credit card debt, or other debt besides my mortgage, and ask to be put on the no call list. Before I could finish my sentence, I was ***g up on. What an outstanding company!!!!
