Someone is giving out my number, I'm almost sure of it. How else are these people ending up on my phone bill? I don't know anyone out of state or give out my number randomly.

This is a former employee of this company... I apologize for all the people who got scammed by these people, because they also scam their employees who are blind to the fact that what they are doing is illegal and very scammy. If you ask any questions as to why or say someone wants a refund or has a complaint, they fire you... This has happened to quite a number of people. I was there for a month before I told them that I did not feel comfortable in the position and promptly quit. However I have never receive my last 2 paychecks and I still see them in business despite how many countless people have filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, Chamber and Congressman, I will tell you this; All you can do is make sure you call the fraud dept of your credit card and make sure they know about this. It can be disputed. Creative Solutions is run under United Credit Foundation as well. That is how they are getting away with all the illegalities. Good Luck to you all and I hope you can get resolution to your complaints.
(425) 390-8101 - October 25th, 2011 7:46pm
They called and presented themselves as a company that can reduce your credit card rates. I asked the name of their company and was told they are "Creative Solutions". I was then transferred to a so called account manager. He asked me if I have personal credit cards at rates higher than 12%. I told him I have one. They asked for the credit card number. I did provide it and the last four digits of my SS#. They were able to track the account and check the balance and the next payment due. Then they realized that the CC only has $40 available credit. Which is why I tried it. He asked me if I had any accounts that had a larger available credit. My response was NO. That is when I realized this is a scam. If they were truly trying to help with your debt consolidation, it is better to have credit cards close to their limits. Since I called Chase and cancelled the credit card. Your are better off by not answering any of their questions.

They have left messages on the answering ma****e with my land line several times and today they robocalled my cell phone. I pressed 1 to speak to a human. I told the operator in stark terms NOT to call the number and REMOVE it from their database as both my numbers are on the DO NOT CALL registry. She got testy with me and insisted she would CONTINUE to call me. !! I told her I would take legal action but she'd ***g up.

I rec'd a phone call on my cell phone from 425-3908101 at 12:17pm our time Oct. 10,2011 and answered it but no body would talk. They ***g up . I AM on the nationwide 'DNC list' but that doesn't seem to do any good. Our il****rious Gov't doesn't appear to do 'anything' about these telemarketers or ??? I think that the Gov't itself should have to honor this DNC list along with everyone else.
(425) 390-8101 - November 8th, 2011 8:35pm
they just called an i answered. i looked this number up on other sites. the most plausible explanation i have heard is that the group calling is only trying to find out if the phone number is active or not. they may try a variety of ****ods to do this, depending on who they are calling. it seems quite sophisticated and could serve both criminal and governmental purposes. although both seem to be an invasion of privacy

Names they have used: Card Member Services US CC Services Card Services Credit Card Services Account Services Cardholder Services http://sciguy.hubpages.com/hub/Cardholder-Services "There appear to be a number of illegal things about these calls: 1. They are often made to numbers on the national do-not-call list. 2. They keep calling you even if you tell them to stop. 3. They refuse to provide any information about who they are. 4. They call cellphones. 5. They use auto-dialers to play prerecorded messages." Folks, they aren't legit. Reported caller to the, seemly useless, "Do not call registry" with my complaint. I believe they're tring to harvest credit card no's from innocent folk who may be pulled into their scam.
