Its a Insurance Company if u have been on line getting insurance quotes they will call u 5 to 6 times in a row its very nerve racking

It is an insurance company. I just went online to get an auto insurance quote and they s****ed ringing my phone off the hook! If had wanted to talk to someone, I wouldn't have been getting a quote ONLINE!

This number called me 3 times in 5 minutes. The first two times I ignored because there was no caller ID. By the third I was annoyed and answered to find out what the issue was and get them to stop calling me. The caller stated that I'd requested auto insurance quote when I had not.

Uses a Auth Redial when the answering service kicks in. Called on Friday, Sept. 13, 2013 at 9:56 AM, 9:59 AM, 10:02 AM and when I went to call back at 10:05AM a young girl was on the line and had just called in a***n. I thought it was somebody who needed us due to the rapid succession of calls in . She said is this ****X? (my first name). I said "Why are you looking for him?" Why are you calling from Blountville? (A few miles away from me). She said "Actually I'm calling from Texas" I said "What for/" "You're soliciting. I'm on the no call solicitation list." She said "Don't you want to know about money you can save on car insurance?" That's when I went off on soliciters and ***g up. This is a new tatic on me. They're calling from somewhere else into a local telcom provider and out to you on a local number. Being local on the caller ID you will tend to answer. Rapid repeated calls makes one think someone heeds your help and you will answer. With the economy and job situation I felt bad as she was apparently new at this and trying to make some money. On the other hand it's the dirtbag companies that hire people to make these harassing calls especially when they are now ignoring the Federal Do not call list in such a volume that it's almost impossible to enforce. To survive in sales you have to tolerate rejection. For every 100 No's you might get a Yes. And the soliciting companies know this so they will have their employees encouraged to keep making calls.
