I received a call from a number that was similar to mine with the first 6 digits and then it asked me to call back a number that was from a completely different region. This number, 419-757-4851, was said to be called in order to inquire of the legal proceeding =s that were about to take place regarding me.

claims to be enforcement division. The number rang in from oregon 541 953 3111 but voice message said to call the above 4197574851. I knew it was spam, but was trying to get info on caller before blocking the numbers.
