I found a way to stop this caller; 866-246-7196. Just give the caller's phone number and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list. It's a quick and easy way to stop these annoying phone calls.

It's a robot call for the power company, trying to get you to c****e from your local service. It sounds good, but after 6 mos or so they jack the price up and your stuck. Ignore it.
