Have same experience as other comments posted. Now that I know, I'll answer and tell them to report back to the Disgrace: the paper is awful, I was only getting it on the weekend, and can truly state the paper was late at least 50% of the time. Supposed to be delivered by 8am on weekends. Rarely happened. Especially before and after the transition to the 'new' format of the paper, when I'd call to report not getting the paper, they always said due to 'production issues'. Really? Wow. The newspaper of the state capital, with a monopoly on all regional publications and this is the best they can do. Not interested. Didn't renew my subscription when it ended and no intention of doing so in the near future. Further, when I've gotten out of the house on a weekend morning to pick a paper up at the convenience store 2 blocks away, they hadn't even gotten the papers yet. Not sure what the Dispatch is so proud of. Fix production issues first, then move on to other improvements. Additionally, what they charge for the electronic version is a joke. Will get my news quicker, with better quality reporting elsewhere. Thanks for letting me vent.

Columbus Dispatch - calls repeated leaves no message. Outrageous - half dozen calls in one day! If you subscribe I suggest you cancel your subscriptions because the do not call registry does not work with these people.
