Got a call from this number on my cell phone. I answer the phone and don't say anything. There was no sound on the line so it is probably an automatic dialing program. It listens for a voice on the line saying "Hello" then s****s with a recorded message. If a human calls me they usually say so****ing. This is my own "Turing Test"
