Received call from 416-999-4930 @ 10:29am on 10/20/10. Answered call and said*****o twice with no response. Heard faint hissing on the line much like you would hear on a long distance or overseas call. Call lasted 11 seconds. I called the number back and received a recording that said "6UT2, The number you have reached is not in service" This repeated 3 times, then recording c****ed to "6UT1, The number you have reached is not in service." which also repeated 3 times and then disconnected. I received 3 calls on my cell from 416-999-4930 (Ontario, Ca***a), each about 30-40 minutes apart. Phone quality was horrible. All three times the man clearly asked for me by name, and then the phone quality gets really bad. When I tried to reply he could not hear me. I personally think it’s some scam where they record you saying “Yes, This is (your name).” and then use it a***nst you on some bill or purchase. I read on some other sites that it could be so****ing to do with SSL Site Certificate. I haven’t a clue about site certificates as I don’t have a website. I know they aren’t cheap though, as much as $1000.

I received a call from this number at 11:20PM. The caller asked for me by name and then proceeded to speak but the connection seemed to be coming from a IP phone with a really bad connection because I could not make out any of the conversation. I ***g up and 10 minutes later received a "UNKNOWN CALLER" call and there was nothing but silence on the other end. No firther calls after that.
