Its a telemarketer .... theyre basically contracted by other individuals or companies to call and pester, and to see if youre interested, and then setup a contact for the person who contracted them.When i receive these clals now, i get all the relevant information i need and i report them on the "National Do Not Call List" website. I registered my numbers a long time ago, and it seems the government is not doing anything to enforce it, so now i make OFFICIAL complaints. The website will tell you what info you need to send to do***ent it (its very simple), and i just ask the telemarketer for all the info, then tell them that i am on the DNCL, and that they should not call me a***n, and that i am reporting them for violation, and each incident is punishable with a fine.If we all s****ed reporting these, and fines became hefty enough, then maybe it would stop .....

They called and left no message...called the number back and it is not in service, meaning it is very likely no one anybody needs to talk to since they use a fake screen number to protect their iden***y. This practice should be illegal.

Claiming to be Bell Mobility offering free cell phones. Been "removed" from the calling list at least a dozen times already, and I counted at least 6 more calls in the last 12 hours.

I have a system set up that gives a different ring for phone calls versus fax attempts.I no longer have a fax ma****e hookedup, but the fax tone is still active.When this number calls, it comes thru with a fax tone, so I'm****uming that's what it is. No message is ever left.
