The number is used by CBV Collections - they are running a scam along with a law firm called Saadi Law (both in Toronto). They phone and send letters demanding payment for fraudulent debts. They also use SIN numbers to put fake entries on the victim's credit report. If you have had contact with these people, please report them to the RCMP
