"Are you not trusting me to give me the account information, or you just don't have the money." In a very defensive tone, I may add! Wow! Now what professional speaks to a customer like that? I replied, "Well, the way you are speaking to me right now, is making me very uncomfortable, so goodbye! This should be brought to the authorities attention. I put my name and number in the ****es and then read that it was only free for 10 days then if you didn't call them they would charge you credit card the full amount.
