At the rate they're trying to sell referrals to us real estate agents, we're better off getting together and just give each other our own referrals. I'm just saying...LOL!

I used to work for them and honestly It's a good product. my good friend is an agent and he does very well off of his subscription. Unfortunately most real estate agents will not open there mind to anything that they don't understand. and most cant understand that because an internet company cant put a sales department in every city in America that these guys are scam artist. Not to mention if you pay 39.99 and expect a miracle product, that is going to c****e your life, you're sorely mistaken. you get what you pay for. For $40 a month you get so****ing that will get that annoying seller off your back or grab a realistic buyers lead every once in awhile. If you actually do so****ing, like listen to the people who know the product much better than you. You might actually pick up new business. One last thing, The sales department at Trulia is filled with people who want every subscription to get new business and they work hard to get even the basic of all basic products to over achieve for agents with unbelievable expectation.
