Guy sent me a POF (proof of funds) from Chase bank for $8.8 million. Says his name is Jack Li and lives at 50 Walnut Ave in Atherton CA. I called the agent who sold the house last year and she has never heard of this guy and she said his POF looks fake. Wish I could add a picture here. Anyway this is definitely a scam because when I called him out he never responded.
