We have been getting threatening phone messages over a bill that was paid off two years ago. I just called back and laid into the man and told him about leaving threatening messages on my voice mail. Everyone you talk to at this number has an Indian accent and I told him that in the United States we don't handle debts in this manner and that if they wanted the matter taken care of we will need so****ing in writing. A***n he threatened to have us thrown in jail and I told him there is no debters prison in the US and nothing was going to be resolved until we received so****ing in writing. I agree, do not give these people any information on the phone. I told my daughter to call Old Navy and find out who the credit company was that handled their account and report this. It sounds like someone has gotten confidential credit number and are making random calls. BEWARE

Number that actually called was 052648194, left a message. Caller claimed to be "Nancy Jones" but was clearly Indian. Looking for my sister who hasn't lived in this country in 7 years. Claimed to be from "Dept of Law & Investigation" and that there was a lawsuit 'a***nst her name'. Left (415) 418-7656 as a callback number.
