These people called my cell phone and asked for my husband. They say they are a process server and if I call 949-281-3485 and deal with his legal summons they will not have to serve me. My ***her has been served several times during child custody/support issues and in my entire life they never called to warn us they were coming to serve him. These people sound like a scam, several sites have comments that say almost exactly the same story so I'm not going to respond to these people.

They call but never leave any message. I called the number back and the message said: "Thank you for calling 'NCC', a division of 'Commonwealth Financial Systems'". I then googled "NCC" it's full name is, "Northeast Credit & Collections";this is the former name of "Commonwealth Financial Systems, which is a Debt Recovery/Collections Agency, with many, MANY complaints for harassment and the like. Although the phone number is a San Francisco one (located on the West Coast, as am I), their main office(s) are in Scranton, PA. Do an internet search for more helpful and possibly useful information in combatting their telephone calls. 01/08/2013.
