This number has called my cell phone a number of times and never leaves a message. My security on my cell phone identifies it as "Potential Spam". I do not know if it is a telemarketer because they never leave a message, and I don't answer my phone when it is a number I do not recognize.

I think this is some kind of scam or robocall. I sometimes get up tp 3 calls a day. I've blocked the number. No message is ever left. Don't think it's a telemarketer. Have received almost 50 calls since June 2020. Your searches turned up no information of any kind.
