How is it that this is allowed in America!?!?!? What a disgrace to our privacy and an exponential annoyance!!! They are s****ing the number as you call it back on the caller ID and it is out of service. This happens all the time. They can put anything they want on the caller ID.

I just got a call from this # and he said his name was Victor Logan. He had a very thick accent and said that he was looking for my mom regarding legal matters. I called back pretending to be my mom and he said there was an arrest warrant for her in PA. When I tried to get more information like what city and county the arrest warrant was from he kept telling me to wait until tomorrow. None of the police depts I've called seemed to be concerned just that its a scam and to let him go to voice mail or the answering ma****e.
