He offered a refund and I said yes. He proceeded to **** up on my and phone is now disconnected. I was trying to purchase a birthday gift for my child. Dont do it and report them immediately. Once I mentioned the word "scam" I was disconnected. I called back and I got the"this line has been disconnected" message. I'm certain it is a scam.
