Pressed 9, then heard message that my # will be deleted from their database. Not sure if I believe that. Someone or some company obvioulsy sold my # to these guys, w***ver they are. How and who can go after these guys?

I just received a call from this number. No voicemail was left. Strangely, though this site shows the number being from San Jose, CA, my phone shows that the number originates from Los Gatos, CA. I did almost answer because I have family in that area. Glad I did not answer.

Called, did not respond when I said*****o. Tried to call back as I was expecting a call. Number was 'no longer in service' a mere 10 seconds after they called me.
