Jay texted me and said he would sent me a letter of intent on a property I am selling. I did receive it. I then called him back to go over it with him and he did not pickup his phone. I then texted him back and he has not returned my call.

They said my recent purchase credit card was declined. They knew the supplier that I ordered a product from. However, the charge had gone through and the item had already shipped. I told them so and she said but but but and I said you're a scammer and I ***g up
