This is a Spam caller- More reasonably said the phone number is absolutely trying to call someone and get their personal information out of them while pursuing a bogus story, and ask for email addresses and a cell phone number if you possibly had another number to give them for access to MORE of your personal information. This creates the beginning of fraud with intentions of iden***y theft or by scamming people out of money. PLEASE CONTINUE TO REPORT THIS NUMBER, PLEASE! For those who don't know how much these spam/fake people who are actually pretending to be with organizations and wanting money donated for their personal use!
