They are operating under the guise they "are Chase" yet when I talked to Chase this morning, they did NOT ask me for my account information, which this "Chase USA" DID. I then asked Chase bank themselves if they would ever ask me for any personal information, she stated that they would NEVER ask for that information, because guess what? It populates when you call them! "Chase USA" requires you to give them a number or account information, because they ARE STARING AT BLANK SCREENS UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF" Classic phishing scam. Do not give them anything, they are not Chase bank, they are Chase USA. Also they will tell you Chase "lied to you" No company does that to itself. Idiots.

I just spoke with someone from this number and he stated that they dont work for chase but that they are a card services company. I told him that i dont have and have never had a chase acct. so if you call the mumber back and ask to be taken off of their call list, they will take you off. I have been getting calls from this number incessantly. I called them back and they said they were chase credit card services. I immediately ***g up and called the 800 number on the back of my chase card. In speaking with the official chase people they said that this number is a scam and that chase records everytime that an agent attemps to call one of its customers and no one from chase had contacted me in at least 6 months for anything. he also said to be leary of anyone calling you and asking you for your credit card numbers and information as the people from the 407 number had. he said "why would we ask you for your information if we already had it?" plain and simple...this is a trap! don't fall for it people!

My mother-n-law has a Chase acct. My husbands name is on acct. because we pay her bills and take care of all her financial business. She is now on Chase's hardship progam and pymts. are due on the 13th of every month. I always make the pymt earlier than the 13th. Well every month we get phone calls that our pymt. is due and every time we tell them that the pymt. was made on such and such a date!! Well, we have asked them to NOT call we are making the pymts. we were told that if the pymt. made was more than 30 days ago they s**** calling because they do not like the pymts. to be more than 30 days apart. So basically, DO NOT make your pymt early! When they call they always try to get us to pay by phone but we tell them no, thank you, we will pay by the due date, thanks, no need to call anymore. BUT, like everyone else has said, they call s****ing at 8am, never leave a message and continue to call ALL day long, sometimes even every 20 minutes, up to 10 times a day!

I have been getting upwards of 12 calls a day from this number. I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't know and they never leave a message. I found out this morning that minutes after they called me they called one of my ex's. They immediately s****ed asking him for my personal information. When they refused to identify themselves or the business they had with me, he refused to speak to them. Thanks to all of you previous commenters as I now know who is trying to get in touch with me. I fully admit that I am past due on my credit card payments due to a lay-off, but these calls began within 10 days of my last due date. That seems ridiculous.

I am not a Chase customer and I never have been. They must have are calling my work number and ****ing up. I have caller ID so I decided to call the number. It was a terrible connection. It sounded overseas. The representative asked me for a card number. I told him I was not a customer, that they call my place of business and **** up. I have seen this number on the call log of a phone number of mine that has been receiving hardly any calls but those from Chase and their****ociates for harassment. So I guess it is from Chase. It is probably for a charge that I have disputed and refused to pay. I have had to cancel one very old phone number of mine to avoid the harassment from them. But they have got this new number of mine from the Office of the Controller of the Currency, where I have filed a complaint a***nst Chase for their harassment.

This is a phishing scam, they are trying to find people with Chase credit cards and scare them into giving them your credit card and social security numbers. If do happen to have a Chase card and you are worried about it, call the valid number on the back of your credit card.

If this is chase they are crazy and I would never get a card from them. They call 6 times per day s****ing at 7:45AM going until 6:00pm. They never leave a message. When you call the number back they do not pick up....It goes right into eternal hold.

Was on vacation for 6 days and came home to 27 messages on my answering ma****e. All were **** ups with this number on my caller ID. We do have accounts with Chase so this really is upsetting and we will be calling them in the morning.

They call me as many as ten times a day, always with no message on voicemail. I am going to call my cousin's cousin who is the Public Service Commissioner for this region of Louisiana. I am going to put a stop to this harrassment.

chase usa is calling my home inquiring for another person regarding their over due credit card i have told them repeatedly that they are phoning the wrong number but continue to call this is now blatant harassment and are quite convinced we will never bank with chase.

This happens at work, and i'm sick of callers ****ing up as soon as I answer, or if the person they ask for is unavailable. No identification of who they are or the purpose of the call. Very irratating when it happens multiple times weekly.

They keep calling me 10 or more times a day on my cell phone. If I miss the call, there is never any message on my voice mail and if I answer, within a second of answering, they **** up on me.

Calls me at least 3-4 times aday asking for someone who I have never heard of. I have asked them (3 times) not to call my number anymore. I will file legal actions if the calls do not stop.

Four or five calls are creceived from this number daily. No messages are ever left. I have no business dealings with Chase USA whatsoever, and suspect that the caller is not who they appear to be on Caller ID.

This is my work number. I get anywhere from 2-10 calls a day from this number asking for someone else and when I tell them it is the wrong number they **** up. Please stop calling me!

They call between 10 and 15 times a day. Isn't there so****ing illegal about that. They never leave a message. When I called the number back, they were closed. I am not sure what they want.

I called Chase Visa from the number given on the web site. (which is a 1-800 number) and they told me the phone calls were NOT from them. I am reporting this to the local police.
