Received call 9/21/2015 at 3:10 PM EDT, caller ID stated "QVD". No message was left, I did call back and received message stating this is "Foundation for American Veterans" then a short statement on the four programs supported. Lastly, for a callback, leave name, number and "gift number" for someone to call. I expect telemarketing, Wikipedia suggests multiple criticism for actual support to veterans organizations is <6% and harrassing telemarketing calls.
