This is a legitimate AT&T voice mail number. That's why it asks for your password if you call it. Any time you check voice mail on your AT&T phone you could be connected to this number. On the other hand, if you receive a spam call from this number, the spammer is using caller ID s****ing to make it look like the call originated from this number when it didn't.
