Said I should press 3 if I didn't want to lower my interest rate and payments, press 5 if I wanted to lower my interest rates and payments. Pressed 5, immediately got no operators are available, leave name, address, phone number, amount of credit card debt. I left a message of God's love instead. Then submitted reports to state and federal Do Not Call teams.
