SCAMMERS!! No company has my number and I don't carry a balance on any cards. This was the message they left on my phone: "Hey guys. Ashley Martin here. Um...we spoke on the phone last week about possibly trying to lower your interest rates and reducing your monthly payments on your credit card. I wanted to get back to you and let you know that I did find a solution. Um...we've got a program that can lower those interest rates to as low as 1.5% and possibly cut your monthly payments in half, and since you are only making the minimum payment, this would be a great opportunity for you. When I select option to speak with a rep, the rep comes on and immediately asks for my first and last name - without identifying herself or the company. When I ask to be placed on their do not call list, she immediately ****s up. Multiple legal violations. I reported to FTC www.donotcall.gov - you should too.
