This is a Scam to adopt puppies. The problem is there is no puppy. You pay them for the puppy through Zelle. Then the Transporter says you must pay a refundable Travel Insurance fee. I was charged $990. Once they have that they insist that due to climate c****es, they’re required to have a Special Carrier for a Refundable $1000. There’s where my lights came in. It is such an emotional experience , that I just didn’t think straight. Puppies are supposedly coming from Oklahoma.
