Got a phone call from these people. He said it was for a $99 bill I owe Ok. City Community College. Which I do owe this... however I have asked several times to be sent a bill in the mail. I WILL NOT give my bank info over the phone. This is the former Oklahoma Credit Bureau located just 1 block west of N. Villa and 23rd in Oklahoma City. It is just a block from Shephard Mall. A friend once worked for them and was one of those pesky people who called you. He quit to manage a rental store.
