my caller id identifies this number as Jefferson Capital Systems LLC, Ne***ska. They caller has a foreign accent, as leaves strange voice messages such as: "Hello.*****o. How's there's no respond on this phone call? I have to **** up the line. Hello. This girl is on recorded line. I'm going to speak to Edwin.*****o. As there's no respond from you and I need to disconnect this call. As there's no response from you and I need to disconnect this call."
