KEEPS calling at all hours of day and night rap music playing in background and when they talk it's total nonsense... lots of laughing. Obviously a prank and the number is from Ne***ska... but why the same music all the time? They are driving me CRAZY. When they get my voicemail, they just let the music play into the recording for several minutes.
