It's a courtesy call from the American Red Cross. They use a system of rotating phone banks to save on cost. They are just slow to answer. must be some delay on their end. They asked me to donate Blood. I have type AB+ and they said the banks are low and would love for me to donate. I too am in the Twin cities

If it's a courtesy call, then why do they **** up when people answer?? That doesn't make any sense. No message is ever left when I don't answer either, so really it seems like a gross waste of resources...

Ya, they seriously call a few times a week, and I finally answered two of their calls, and both times they ***g up on me. I looked up the area code, and it says it's from Ne***ska? ***?
