This is a SCAM. They front as a lending company for personal loans. They wanted my online baking I’d and password. I said no. I’m not comfortable with that, so I wouldn’t give it to them. Optionally, they suggested I purchase a $200 insurance policy to cover the loan if I defaulted. Problem solved, right.? Oh no!!! I was told the loan amount would be in my account by this afternoon. ******ly, I waited for loan do***ents all afternoon, to no avail. After purchasing an American Express GiftCard, at their direction, and giving them access to that card for purposes of purchasing the insurance, they are insisting it is company policy to access my online banking. I still refused. Why do they need my banking info? Why do they care, for that matter. If I default, the loan is insured. Noooo! No on line baking credentials/No loan. Ridiculous! I have wasted an entire day with therm, in an effort for someone to help me understand what the $200 policy is for if they still need account access? No one can explain it intelligently. I finally figured out this whole charade is a SCAM! These people claim to be Finance American! BEWARE! They were intending to steal my $200 and access my bank account, while obviously not providing any funds for a loan..., But they couldn’t! I called American Express and had the gift card locked, so I’m not out any money... Now it’s the prin****l! I talked with three different people in an effort to resolve this issue. I’m going to reign holy***** down on them all three. I’m resourceful and determined! I don’t go away! They have a problem!
