They said they were trying to reach (name) about work (employment application) and to call. I asked for a name and what company they were speaking on behalf of. They never responded.

They called at 4:59pm today. I could have sworn I had put the ringer on 3 hrs silence so I wouldn't have to deal with them calling!. ( Yet...3 hours and 1 minute later...the phone rang...OOOOOOOOOOOOO! How did they know when it would s**** ringing a***n? CREEPY!) Like the other poster stated they leave no message. Anyhow, I renewed my number on the "do not call list" a few days ago, I guess it hasn't kicked in yet, according to the site it takes 30 days to take effect...a LLLOOONNNGGG 30 days!!!) I you haven't registered your number I suggest you do. It'll quiet down the telemarketers, but... you might still get calls for donations! Here's the link to the National do not call list if you need it... https://www.donotcall.gov/ **Just know if you do it online you can only register 3 or 4 numbers and then you need to follow the steps by going to your email and following those steps. A problem I have with the site is, I used to register my parents' and grandparents' numbers for them, but recently they all died, (Mom 5 years go, Dad and Grandma last year, and Grandpa this year.) I tried to register new numbers but I couldn't find any way to delete their numbers and it wouldn't let me add new ones. When I tried just putting new ones on I got an email stated I had exceeded my limit of phone #. Instead they gave me this toll-free number to call. (888) 382-1222 It's much easier and you can register as many phones as you wish. (IMPORTANT! Make sure you're calling from the number you wish register!)
