ID says NCO, but I highly doubt it's a legit company. A real company would leave a message stating whom they are looking for and a brief description and a call back number. My credit cards are up to date and never late. I'm sure this is a scam to rip people off. I wouldn't pay them a penny even if they were real debt collectors. They could mail the overdue bill, which these guys wouldn't do since they're scammers
