All calls from (401) 210- **** show on Caller ID as Block Island, RI. The carrier is Global Naps. These numbers call daily but I have nomorobo because of them. It's a recorded voice - they either want to "lower my electric" or "sell an extended auto warranty" . I have reported the carrier to the RI PUC. This has been going on for months!!

I don't know anyone on Block Island. I'd like to know who or what Global Naps is - it keeps showing up as a carrier.
