Pretends to own a listing and has you send first month and last month rent to a cashapp, when the whole time he’s never even owned to place he’s trying to scam you into buying. He goes by fake names. The main name he uses is KENNETH Cloud. He’s an African American trying to be a white old man named Kenneth cloud.
