This is a phishing scammer. The number comes back to Carla M. Beck. They are endeavoring to collect on pass due debts with creditors who have similar names. Their MO is to access your financial records. They go by a name and use that name attempt a bill collection. So if you s have a name like “ Sam Smith” or “ Debbie Collins” they will attempt to wring payments from you. Do not entertain or engage them in any fashion..

I received a text from this number expressing interest in purchasing a property I own. I requested a name. Response was a first name, saying it was a local investor. I asked for a last name and got no further response. Not sure what the potential scam was but it seemed very suspicious.
