Called this number, but it was not initialized for answering. It was on a printed form that I was a Publishers Clearing House 2nd place winner of $2.5 million and included a check for $8,900 to cover insurance and attorney fees. I was advised not to cash it until I called them. If this is not some sort of a scam, it is certainly suspicious. By Anonymous
