I found this person on a dating app Plenty of Fish he very quickly asked if we could move our conversation to WhatsApp, after at least a week of conversation and being extremely romantic he then informed me that he was leaving for a job on the Gulf of Mexico for three weeks, once there he was going to call me, when he did call we got cut off immediately due to bad internet connection according to him. Called this number, but it was not initialized for answering. It was on a printed form that I was a Publishers Clearing House 2nd place winner of $2.5 million and included a check for $8,900 to cover insurance and attorney fees. I was advised not to cash it until I called them. If this is not some sort of a scam, it is certainly suspicious. By Anonymous
