Person called both my wife and myself, claiming to have found our lost cat that we had recently lost, and we had posted pictures of him on mailboxes around the vastness of our neighborhood with our contact info on them. With me, this lady claimed to have found him behind Haggens on Division St. But then asked me to pay $20 for finding him. I said sure I guess, but asked to confirm what he looks like. This confused her, then she mumbled something, screamed like she was attacked, then hung up. With my wife, she claimed to have found him, but said that she has to pay $500 for him. My wife replied with asking, oh you're holding our cat for Ransom? To which the lady replied "Yes, in my garage". My wife then responded with "well sounds like you're having a lot of fun. Bye" and hung up. We try to call it back, and of course we get the disconnected number message.
