I have received 3 other phone calls from this company, all from different number (out of the country numbers!) claiming they are "The International Out of State Claims Department" and that the government has selected me for a $7000 grant. All different people when they call and all very annoying. I have told each and everyone of them that I am on the national do not call list and that if they keep calling I will be reporting them. When I told the 3rd person that called me that 2 others had already called and I said I didn't want to be on the list he argued with me, got really loud and rude, and said they will call me back when they know exactly who called me. Even though I gave them names, dates and times of when the other phone calls happened, he still kept saying that he was going to call me back. I let him know that if he called me back I will be reporting this issue and will take legal action for harassment if I need to. I still got another phone call this morning.

FOR A SECOND I THOUGHT IT WAS MY BROTHER JOKING. AT FIRST THEY CALLED WITHOUT A NUMBER THEN S****ED CALLING FROM THIS NUMBER I RECOGNIZED THE SAME VOICE CALLING. I said, I didn't graduate from ******ia, then he told me that it doesn't matter and said, you did graduate from USA right? What year? I said, no, I didn't graudate from USA. He then said I'm from North America Education or so****ing in that effect. At that point, I just don't believe a word he's saying and said I don't want to answer any questions and mid way through my sentence, he ***g up on me. What a spammer. Blocked!

I received a call at work from this number 347-294-3400. A woman with a heavy Indian accent asked if I was a high school graduate and did I graduate in 2004 or 2006. My response – neither, way earlier. She then asked a***n if I was a high school graduate and I said yes. Her next question was if I was interested in any career programs like business management or computers. I asked her if she knew she called a business. She apologized and asked a***n if I was interested in education programs and I said no a***n. Goodbye and ***g up.

if you request for them to remove you from the list they will argue with you. if you **** up they will call you 10 times trying to get you to answer the phone till you answer. I looked up the number and the company is Omnipoint Communications out of NY. They are trying to call about colleges. i have had my name removed a couple of times and this company is tea****g their foreign employees how to harass people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They call nearly every day. I have asked them repeatedly to take me off their list, and they say that they cannot or will not. Sometimes they say they are from the Department of Education, which I highly doubt. One spam caller was highly frustrating and called me unintelligent and rude for asking to be taken off the list. He said he would simply call a***n in 10 minutes. I have stopped answering.
