Attempting to serve legal documents. Telling me that I need to be available on a certain day at a certain time to accept service, and if I don't, she'll come to my employer. It's BS, done by amateurs who don't understand how that process actually works.
Called me asking for me but would not go into details on what. I know all my bills are paid so its a bs call
It was someone from Houston just trying to identify my number. Making sure it was my voice that answered making sure that it was me.
They said they had to authorize a purchase for a MacBook which I verified was not on my account.
This is a scammer who took my mother for over 100k watch out for this person
Claimed they were a debt collector, but when asked who they were they wouldn’t identify themselves.

Mary need do***ents notarized. Even gave me local address and replied to text messages. Said could not talk in phone due to ear surgery. Wanted to prepay via certified check that would be mailed. Stopped communications with me once I said we only take payment at time of service.
