My mom sent me an email letting me know this number called my brother's phone twice and my parents phone once asking for my husband each time. My family lives in Connecticut and we are in Maine. I have know clue why they would call them or how they even got their numbers. I did call to verify it its Lowes but we have not had any installations and have not made any purchases.

I had windows installed from lowes and yes this is the number they called me from to make sure the install went well. Nothing to worry about. If you are still worried about it call it back and you'll get an automated message from lowes explaining exactly what it is.
