He also goes by Bill Jones Inc and is a fraud. He places orders for large quan***y of fliers or banners and wants the product shipped to Africa using his preferred shipping company which charges an astronomical amount of money. He gives you a stolen credit card number in advance, wants you to pay the shipping costs via wire transfer (which goes directly to him not a shipping company)then cancels the credit card transaction.
