I received an email from "Colin" regarding Premium Upgrade. In the body of the email it says that my Norton 360 Total Protections has been renewed & updated. It has an invoice number and says that it is for 6 months and will auto debit $211.43. And then gives the number 334-392-4397 to call to speak to their Experts for refund and settlement issue.
