I received a text message from this number and attached was a New York State “ FINAL NOTICE - COURT ENFORCEMENT ACTION” picture. I nor anyone in my family have any tickets out of New York City or any other New York State town/city. I have looked up this “notice” and found more of the same with different states. The judge and case number on all the reported “notices” are the same information (name/case #). This appears to be a scam.
