My husband & I both recv'd text about credit union alert that our visa has been block. & to please call the number....WELL, my husband fell for it & called the number & it asked for card number, exp & security code...he only gave the card number before he realized might not be legit. He;s calling credit union (where we belong) to hopefully put an alert on his card.

Received a text stating my visa card from the credit union has been blocked. I do not belong to the credit union nor do I think they would contact me by text at 10:30 at night. I wish people would get a life and a real job!!!!

Got a text from this number at 10:30 at night don't have a credit card threw the credit union so it is definatly a scam. Don't give them any information. Try working for a living and not scanning other people who work hard for there money.

Just got a text saying my visa card for my credit union was blocked. wierd when i have no credit card or credit union. Is there away to block stuff like this from comeing to your phone? If anyone knows please let me know thanks.

This number contacted me by text at 3 am saying my debit cards were deactivated. I did a reverse directory search and the number is a cell phone in Youngstown ohio belonging to an unknown family of 5. Do not give them your card numbers!

Same text at 2:28 am saying "credit union alert my VISA credit card has been block please call Custer service at 330-503-3984" thought it was strange because of the misspelling of blocked and 503 is cellular.

The numbers have been reported to AT&T, for spamming and phishing. I am an AT&T representative, and they contacted me. I am also calling the local PD, as the geniuses live in my area of Ohio.
