An internet search of EBSCO TELESERVICE indicates they are a subscription provider for more than 300,000 ***le listings from more than 79,000 publishers. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but someone at my addresses always enters the Publishers Clearing House drawings a few weeks before these annoying calls s****. Even though our phone number is on the national do not call registry I'm wondering if that PCH entry isn't a "technicality" around the law. I'm wondering how many other complaintants here might have the same situation? My solution--all PCH mailing now get shredded!!!!

No matter how many times we ask them not to call us, they continue to call us on a daily basis. They typically call between 7-9pm on weekdays and around 10-11a.m. on weekends. As an example, they have called 9 times from 3/30- 4/6. 3 of those times we asked them not to ever call us a***n but they continue to call us. The other 6 times they called we just didn't answer the phone.
