Received a vacation spam call and ***g up. Noticed I missed a call 20 minutes earlier... Called phone number back after missed call. African American woman on the other end requested my name and phone number to look up my "case number" -- I thought this was about my internet service call earlier in the day and almost fell for it. After politely refusing to give any more information without information regarding the nature the of the call, she simply replied "If you're not going to give us that information, we'll just proceed and if there's a problem, we'll see you in court." Scared the***** out of me until I read this here.

They called our house at 6:45am PDT. Left no msg. First spammer to break the 7am rule! Call came in from "wireless caller." When we called back it said that the person using this number has not set up VM yet. One search showed it was an ATT mobile number.

I am on "do no call "list but they called my number anyway (cell phone). Does not leave a message. When I return the call it says "I'm sorry, but the person you called has a voicemail box that is not set up yet. Good bye!" It never rings, just goes to this message.
