I lost my dog in Wilmington NC and this number messaged me saying they found my dog but wanted to send a “verification code” to me so that I could prove I was the number looking for the dog…. Even though I didn’t post my phone number anywhere! How dare someone play with someone’s emotions like this who has just lost a dog!
