I received 2 calls from this automated thing. One yes****ay in the mid day and one at 7:55 pm tonight. I pressed 2 each time because it said "We are looking for Aisha Anderson, if you are not her press 2. Tonight I called it back! A woman answered but I couldn't hear her and said so 3 times before she spoke up with "Collection Agency". I told her about having gotten 2 calls asking for Aisha Anderson and I never heard of the woman and I don't want any more calls. She asked my phone number which I told her and then said she had never been told not to call the number. It's pretty obvious that somebody has figured out to use a number picked out at random when they get a loan and then not pay the loan and the innocent holder of that number gets the harrassing calls!!!I told Broadvox LLC (came up on my caller id) that if I got another call for Aisha Anderson from them I would report them to the attorney general and they would go to jail!

Don't fall for this scam... I'm in the same boat. At one time or another, you must have applied for a payday loan somewhere on-line. In short, I don't know which loan company it was, but our information was compromised where all of our personal information was obtained by these losers, and now these guys from middle-east claiming that they're from CIL is calling and harrasing us. These guys have all of our information; including name, social security number, address, bank account information (including full routing number and account number from the bottom of our check), and our references (typically 2 personal references). The information they have is the same information we as consumers give out when applying for a payday loan on-line.This scam is well known a****st the authorities including the FTC, FBI, and the local authorities. Though it's hard to track these guys down (calling us from various hijacked phone numbers and location), authorities are aware and as big as this case is, all we can do is take a preventative approach and look out for ourselves in the interim: Be sure to check your credit report every 3-6 months through annualcreditreport.com to ensure that your iden***y is not being compromised. In today's world, iden***y theft is one of the top 2 cyber crimes in the world and it's getting worse every second... Obtaining similar information these these idiots have of ours is not that hard to obtain anymore. We've come to a world where ins***utions that do their best to maintain privacy of their customers/clients is becoming more and more challenging in today's information world.Best of luck, but don't these these idiot scammers scare you, just because they have our information. By looking out for yourself and keeping tabs on your credit won't guarantee you a***nst iden***y theft; however, this is one major way to stay atop our personal matters to the best of our abilities.

They called me today and told me that his name was Steven Johnson (most american name I've ever heard an Indian gentlemen have) and that he was with the CIL division of the US Government (Criminal Investigations and Litigation). He told me that they had a company that was filing check fraud charges a***nst me (I dont' even have checks attached to my bank account) and that I could either risk going to federal prison or settle it a "different way" which I****ume was money. I ***g up on him. The scary part was that he had ALL of my information. I mean All of it. He even verified the last 4 of my checking account number.
